Why this matters

MP4 exports now stay with the workspace project instead of the account that pressed Export. Teammates who already have the project open see a new export appear automatically, follow the same queue and render progress, and receive the same finished download while it remains available. This keeps handoffs simple: one person can start a long render and another can collect the result without sharing accounts or restarting the export.

What changed

Everyone in a shared workspace can now see an MP4 export's live progress and download the finished file from the project, no matter who started it.

How to use it

  1. Open the shared project

Choose the workspace, then open the project in the editor.

  2. Start the export

Use Download MP4 and choose 30 fps or 60 fps.

  3. Follow the shared progress

Keep the project open to see the queue and render percentage; other workspace members see the same export automatically.

  4. Download the result

When Export finished appears, use Download MP4 before the shown auto-delete time.
